Return & Refund Policy

All items sold by Vintage Knife Shop are one-of-a-kind vintage and antique pieces. Each listing includes a detailed condition assessment, and photographs are taken to accurately represent the actual item you will receive. Please review these carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final except as described below.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if an item does not match its listed description or condition. If you believe an item arrived misdescribed, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the concern before shipping anything back — this helps us resolve the issue quickly, sometimes without a return being necessary.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to misdescription or damage in transit, we cover return shipping. Please note: knives and edged tools may be subject to carrier restrictions on packaging, blade length, or declared contents. We recommend contacting your carrier before shipping a return to confirm requirements.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, sheaths, boxes, or included materials.

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

International Orders
Returns from international orders are handled case-by-case. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
