Unmarked Straight Razor, Pattern No. 47-11, Black Scales
This is an unmarked straight razor — the tang and blade carry no maker's name, only a stamped pattern number, "47-11." Unmarked razors like this were common among the many smaller cutlery houses of the era that didn't stamp full attribution on every piece.
The blade is hollow ground carbon steel with a curved, upswept point, set in glossy black celluloid scales. See Condition Notes below for detail.
