Antique German Meat Cleaver — Henry Böker, Hand Forged, c.1870s–1880s

$125.00

A rare and genuinely antique meat cleaver bearing the plain Henry Böker stamp — predating the addition of "Solingen" and "Germany" to Böker blades, which became standard after 1891. This places the cleaver in the 1870s–1880s.

The cleaver itself is a classic heavy meat cleaver with a 6½-inch hand-forged carbon steel blade, its dark aged surface reflecting well over a century of kitchen use. The hardwood handle is triple-riveted with brass rivets, built for the heft a good cleaver demands.
