George Butler Sheffield Equal End Jack Knife, Horn Scales
George Butler & Co. of Sheffield, England (Trinity Works) was one of Sheffield's respected cutlery houses, known for its "Key" trademark on quality pocket and table cutlery. This example carries the maker's tang stamp on both blades.
A classic equal-end jack pattern, with two blades of matching size opening from opposite ends, set in genuine horn scales with nickel-silver bolsters.
