Bridgeport Hardware Mfg. Co. produced this Evertite Claw Hatchet, a lathing and shingling pattern with an integrated nail-pulling claw forged into the top of the blade, once a standard part of a carpenter's or roofer's kit. It carries the maker's stamp.
