Grohmann D.H. Russell #1 60th Anniversary Belt Knife
The D.H. Russell #1 "Original Design" Belt Knife has been made by Grohmann Knives of Pictou, Nova Scotia continuously since 1957, widely regarded as Canada's most iconic outdoor knife. This example is a 60th Anniversary edition (1957-2017), and the blade carries the maker's etch.
The knife has a stainless elliptical blade and an offset micarta handle in a rich red-brown canvas-linen finish, set with a special commemorative medallion pin, designed for a secure grip in the hand. It comes complete with its original leather belt sheath, gold-stamped to match the anniversary edition, and paracord lanyard. See Condition Notes below for detail.

New and unused, pristine condition. No wear to blade or handle. Handle secured with a special commemorative medallion pin at the butt alongside a standard brass rivet forward of it. Sheath likewise pristine, with matching gold-stamped 60th anniversary branding.
