Robeson ShurEdge Coke Bottle Folding Hunter Knife, Bone

$180.00

This single-blade coke bottle folding hunter was made by Robeson Cutlery Co. of Rochester, New York, tang-stamped "ROBESON ShurEdge U.S.A." with pattern number 616118 on the reverse ricasso. Robeson's ShurEdge line was built around blade quality and snap, and this example lives up to that reputation with a fantastic action.

The jigged bone handles are in good condition, chip and crack free, with nickel silver bolsters. The blade shows honest wear consistent with age and use. Measures 5 1/4" closed, 9 1/4" open. Circa 1920s–1940s, dated by the ricasso stamp style.
