Romo Solingen Stag Handle Hunting Knife, Nickel Guard
This hunting knife is stamped Romo, Solingen, Germany. Romo was a US import brand for Solingen-made cutlery, generally dated to the mid-20th century and produced under contract by an established Solingen cutler rather than by Romo itself. This example carries the maker's stamp.
The knife has a genuine stag handle and a nickel silver crossguard with ball finials, a fitting typical of German hunting knives of the period. No sheath is included. See Condition Notes below for detail.
