Ulster Knife Co. Boy Scouts Utility Knife

This four-tool utility knife was made by the Ulster Knife Co. (Dwight Devine & Sons era) of Ellenville, New York, tang-stamped "ULSTER KNIFE CO." on the blades, with the Boy Scouts of America shield inlaid in the handle. Ulster was one of the official licensed makers of BSA knives in the 1920s and 30s, and bone-handled examples like this one predate the later Delrin-handled, stainless production of the 1960s-70s.

The knife carries a main clip point blade, a combination cap-lifter/screwdriver blade, an awl, and a hook-style can opener, all in carbon steel, set in jigged bone handle scales with nickel silver bolsters and brass liners. See Condition Notes below for detail.
