This two-blade pocket knife was made by Waterville Cutlery Co. of Waterbury, Connecticut, tang-stamped "Waterville Cutlery Co., Conn." The company, originally founded as Waterville Manufacturing Co. circa 1843, is considered one of the earliest American pocketknife makers, operating until 1913.
The knife has wooden handle scales. Total length is 6 inches open, 3 1/2 inches closed.
