This two-blade pocket knife was made by Waterville Cutlery Co. of Waterbury, Connecticut, tang-stamped "Waterville Cutlery Co., Conn." The company, originally founded as Waterville Manufacturing Co. circa 1843, is considered one of the earliest American pocketknife makers, operating until 1913.
